THE PRODUCTION PROCESS

Step 1: Pulling your materials and pattern pieces.

After we receive your self-designed order, we gather all the materials we will need to construct your garment. This includes the fabrics, elastics, findings, and ribbon, as well as the pattern pieces that fit your size.

Step 2: Cutting the pattern

We take great care in the fit of your intimates, and the fit always starts with a great pattern. After arranging the pattern pieces correctly on the fabrics, we cut each component by hand. Depending on your customizations, one garment could have up to 30 different parts including multiple fabrics, trims, straps, slides, rings, closures and bows.

Step 3: Stitching

Once all the materials are collected and prepared, it is time to stitch the garment together. Our skilled sewers will use up to four different machines and stitches per garment to assure the piece is made with impeccable quality.

Step 4: Finishes

Most of our designs include detailed finishing, such as our strapping for bras, garters, and loungewear. With soft satin elastics and our beautiful gold plated findings, each strap is put together for maximum support and resilience.

Step 5: Packaging

After the garment is complete , we gift wrap each order by hand, seal it in our 100% recyclable envelope and ship it right to your door!
