We at Impish Lee know that you’ll love your custom made garment, but if for any reason you don’t, you’re welcome to return it in an unworn condition within 30 days for a remake or for full store credit.
- We’ll remake your order for FREE!
- OR we’ll give you store credit for the full purchase amount minus shipping.
- You are only responsible for the one-way return postage.
- You can cancel any order for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase.
Merchandise must be returned to our returns department within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund for store credit or remake minus shipping charges. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Garments that are returned with signs of being worn will not be accepted and immediately returned. Items purchased on sale or items used with a promo code are final sale. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be processed.
Due to the intimate nature of lingerie, underwear cannot be returned/refunded/remade. Please feel free to reach out to us at email@example.com if you have any questions about sizing or materials.

Returns are processed by the Impish Lee returns department. Each order is inspected to fully understand the reason for return.
